Campus / Kerrytown

Kerrytown is a lively neighborhood within walking distance of downtown, the University of Michigan main campus, U of M hospital, the world renowned Zingerman's Deli, and the Farmer's Market. Many dining/drinking establishments in this neighborhood offer pleasant outdoor seating in warm weather and cozy escapes when snow falls. Campus/Kerrytown is for those who love an urban neighborhood with lots of trees, charming brick streets, and easy availability of daytime and nighttime entertainment.

Old Westside

The Old Westside is Ann Arbor's favorite historical neighborhood, featuring tree-lined streets, classic old homes with large inviting front porches, and a brand new state-of-the-art recreational facility; all within an easy stroll of Main Street. Local residents mingle at the always-friendly Jefferson Market for gourmet take-out, the Fleetwood Diner for 24/7 breakfasts, and various live music venues on Main, Ashley, and First Streets. The Old Westside is perfect for those who enjoy a peaceful neighborhood within close proximity to downtown as well as U of M's famous stadium.

Burns Park

Burns Park is a premiere Ann Arbor neighborhood known for its beautiful turn-of-the-century homes, excellent schools, plentiful parks, and proximity to the U of M Main Campus. Home to many U of M professors and faculty, Burns Park is ideal for those who enjoy a quiet, inviting, upscale neighborhood that offers the splendor of mature trees canopying charming streets as well as a generous selection of lovely, well-kept, city parks. 

Lower Burns Park 

Beginning at the junction of Packard and S. State streets with a convenient mix of commercial & residential, this area becomes primarily residential as it continues south to Henry Street. Part of the highly desirable Burns Park School district, this neighborhood is close to campus, the U of M athletic complex, shopping, and bus routes.

Water Hill/Northside

Within walking distance of downtown Ann Arbor, Mack swimming pool, and West Park, this lovely residential neighborhood is just north of the Old Westside and just west of Kerrytown making it a desirable location for those who like being near it all.
